Annual meeting 1.-3.2.2019, Oulu

The first annual general meeting of WiM Finland took place in Oulu at 2.2.2019. The gathering of WiMs covered the weekend from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning and the focus of the programme was to work together and have fun together.

PROGRAMME

FRIDAY 1.2.2019

• 13:30  Lunch/afternoon coffee and kick-off meeting, at Linnanmaa campus *
• 14:30  Visit to Oulu Mining School and minipilot-plant
• 16:00  Workshop/Think tank to improve WiM Finland activities

SATURDAY 2.2.2019

• 10:30  Breakfast/brunch/coffee, Cafe Bisketti, Oulu city centre
• 12:00  Exit room -game, Exit Oulu
• 14:00  General annual meeting, Pursikatu 8
  • WiM Finland will offer coffee & tea
• After the meeting, further work with workshop/think tank -topics
• 18:00  Dinner, tortillas à la WiM
• 19:00 - 23:45  Sauna + evening snack

SUNDAY 3.2.2019

• brunch, overview of the weekend and farewell hugs, Oulu downtown
